To celebrate the launch of This Awakening Spirit, this course offers you both audio and video format for most of the course's curriculum. Try them both to see which one resonates with you or perhaps you'll mix it up a bit!

Also, my courses are unique because they each have their own playlist! As a radio broadcaster, I love music and know that it enhances any learning experience and so these songs have been intentionally selected for such a purpose. I enjoy listening to the song after the lecture but you go with what feels right for you! I hope you'll give this combo a try!
